Responsibilities:

  • Work with business owner and tech to develop product that helps to drive business KPIs
  • Develop and Prioritize business requirements with business owners and tech team, creates the prioritized product backlog, and defines the acceptance criteria
  • Support to operate and optimize product relates to digital channels including Web, App, Line, Chatbot etc
  • Project planning and execution; ensure all stakeholders are involved and informed
  • Identify gaps from business and technical needs to provide recommendations on solutions that results in new or changed process, technology, human resources, and  partners
  • Developing and implementing administrative and operational matters ensuring achievement of objectives
  • Manage internal and external vendors varies from on-shore and off-shore model

 

Qualifications:

  • Good command of English
  • 3-5 years experience working as Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst and/or Business Development
  • Experience in CRM, Loyalty Program, Campaign Management, Multichannel, App Push, and Marketing Cloud such as Adobe Campaign, Emarsys, Responsys, Salesforce Marketing cloud
  • Experience in developing functional specs & design, define KPIs, segments Prioritization, optimize reports and dashboards using web/mobile analytics tool such as Omniture, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Omniture, Hotjar
  • Familiar to Agile and Waterfall working model
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and high growth environment
  • Process oriented and strong problem-solving skills
  • Open minded and digital mindset
